Summary
A monochrome gelatine silver print stereograph of the Bank House, King's Lynn, Norfolk. The 2 images, with rectangular top edges, are mounted in a black card frame with rounded corners and a space of 1.5 mm between them. The image shows the front of the 3 storey Georgian townhouse, taken from the left hand side. The house is fronted by impressive gates, walls and railings and has 2 two storey bow windows. At roof level there is a carved alcove that contains a statue of Charles l. Markings: Recto, written in pencil, horizontally in the top right hand corner,"100". Verso, written in black ink vertically on the right hand side, "Old House near the Quays, King's Llynn" and "1948"
