Summary
A monochrome gelatine silver print stereograph of the ruined walls at Castle Acre Priory, Castle Acre, Norfolk . The 2 images, with rectangular top edges, are mounted in a black card frame with rounded corners and a space of 2 mm between them. The image shows a wall corner in the foreground, with taller walls on the far side of an open space beyond. The parish church of St James the Great can be seen in the background. Markings: Recto, written in pencil, horizontally in the top right hand corner,"100". Verso, written in black ink vertically on the right hand side, "Castle Acre, Norfolk" and "1948"
