Summary
A monochrome collotype photomechanical print stereograph depicting The Council House, Birmingham. The 2 images, with squared corners, are mounted on dark cream card, with rounded corners and there is no space between them. The view shows the Council House in the background. In the foreground are 2 men in a small horsedrawn carriage and in the mid-ground another carriage and a branded goods cart. There are numerous men and women walking around.
