Summary
A Frena Gelatine Silver film negative depicting a view of Bordeaux Cathedral, Bordeaux, France . The negative has rectangular cutouts on the top and bottom.The view is taken from ground level in the Place Rohan, and shows the cathedral to the right, with the Pey Berland Tower (a Gothic Bell Tower) to the left. There are trees in the grounds of the cathedral and several people are walking on the pavement in front. On the pavement is a kiosk and on this side of the road is an ornate triple lamp standard. There are 2 tall poles, either side of the road. They are part of the tramway system that was operating from 1880.
