Summary
A Frena Gelatine Silver film negative depicting a view of a coastal village, Norway. The negative has rectangular cutouts on the top and bottom.The view is taken from a slightly raised elevation and shows a coastal village on the far side of a stretch of water. It contains a church, numerous 2 story houses, together with barns and a large 4 story building, possibly a hotel. In the foreground, extreme left, is a man standing in a rowing boat, whilst mountains form the background.
