Summary
A Frena Gelatine Silver film negative depicting a view of a waterfall in the mountains, Norway. The negative has rectangular cutouts on the top and bottom.The view is taken from below the level of the start of the waterfall and shows the large waterfall, starting as a river at the top, then cascading down the mountain into a gorge below the photographer. The river and the tops of the mountains are covered in dense woodland.

Part of the Fenton Collection. A gift from British Film Institute in 2017. From 1986-1999, part of BFI collection for the Museum of the Moving Image. BFI purchased collection in 1986 from James Fenton's Museum of Photography, Port Erin, Isle of Man 1976-1986
