Summary
A Frena Gelatine Silver film negative depicting a view a street scene, beneath, Église Saint-Étienne, Beauvais, Northern France. The negative has rectangular cutouts on the top and bottom.The view is taken from the ground level, down the Rue de Trapissere, and shows the Hotel d'Angleterre, bedecked with flags on the righthand side. Outside it is a large enclosed carriage, awaiting horses to be hitched; with another smaller cart, further down the road.There are shops on the other side of the road and people walking up and down. The south eastern fascade of Église Saint-Étienne is in the background.
