Summary
A Frena Gelatine Silver film negative depicting a view of the Port Guillaume,(Gate) Chartres , France. The negative has rectangular cutouts on the top and bottom.The view is taken from the ground level, and shows a road, crossing the River Eure leading to the gate. There are shops on the left and right hand side, with people standing around. There is a horse drawn cart on the bridge and 2 empty carts outside the "Tabac" on the right hand side.
