Summary
A Frena Gelatine Silver film negative depicting a view of St Gatien Cathedral., Tours, France. The negative has rectangular cutouts on the top and bottom.The view is taken from the ground level, and shows a side view of the cathedral, along the Rue Lavoisier. On the right hand side of the road there are ornately patterned walls, towers and a columned entrance. (Possibly the old Bishop's Palace).There are several people walking down the road. A boy is pushing a cart in the foreground and further down the road is a horse-drawn carriage.
