Summary
A Frena Gelatine Silver film negative depicting a view of women washing clothes in the River Loire, France. The negative has rectangular cutouts on the top and bottom.The view is taken from the river bank across the river. The 2 women in the foreground, are using tables to wash the clothes and each has a wheelbarrow to transport them. There is a further person along the bank. In the background is the Cathédrale Saint-Louis de Blois and the Jacques Gabriel Bridge.
