Summary
A gelatine silver stereoscopic glass slide depicting Pont du Diable Saint Gothard Uri Sussie. In the foreground is are the banks of the river, with the glacier and mountains and bridge seen in the background. Pont du Diable Saint Gothard Uri Sussie. Part of a series by Ferrier père, fils et Soulier (Charles Soulier and Claude-Marie Ferrier). A glass slide comprising two stereographic pictures on one piece of glass, and covered with a second piece of glass . There is black paper around the outer edges to bind the two pieces of glass. Markings: On a white paper label on the right hand edge of the slide is handwritten in black ink: Pont du Diable Saint Gothard Uri Sussie Printed within the black border of the slide, bottom left, is: "7587 Pont du Diable Saint Gothard Uri Sussie"
