Summary
A gelatine silver stereoscopic glass slide depicting the Viadue de Desenzano et le Lac de Garde (Italie). The image shows horticultural land in the foreground with the viaduct behind and Lake Garda in the background. Part of a series by Ferrier père, fils et Soulier (Charles Soulier and Claude-Marie Ferrier). (The series wording is not visible on the slide.) A glass slide comprising two stereographic pictures on one piece of glass, and covered with a second piece of glass inside. There is black paper around the outer edges to bind the two pieces of glass. Markings: On a white paper label on righthand edge, handwritten in black ink: "7540, Viadue de Desenzano et le Lac de Garde (Italie)" Printed within the black border of the slide, bottom left, is: "7540, Viadue de Desenzano et le Lac de Garde (Italie)".
