Summary
A nitrate film positive transparency stereoscopic slide, mounted in card. The image depicts a view of a pleasure yacht sailing out of a harbour. The 2 images are separate and are held in place by an ornate card frame, which has rounded corners. The rectangular images have square corners at the bottom and are curved at the top. The card frame is grey recto and verso. Recto, it has ornate designs in each corner. Central at the top is "Simili Verre". On the left and right sides of the frame is the title "Marines Instantees". On the slide separator, there is more ornate decoration and the wording "D.R.G.M No107.601. At the bottom left of the slide is printed "B.K. Edit", central is Deposé" and right "Paris". Printed at the bottom of the right hand slide is, "6975 - Yacht de plaisance." Verso there are no markings.
