Summary
A nitrate film positive transparency stereoscopic slide, mounted in card. The image depicts St Paul's Cathedral, London, England. The view of the front of St Paul's is taken from Ludgate Hill and shows various carts, omnibuses and pedestrians. The 2 images are separate and are held in place by an ornate card frame, which has rounded corners. The rectangular images have square corners at the bottom and are curved at the top. The card frame is grey recto and verso. Recto, it has ornate designs in each corner. Central at the top is "Simili Verre". On the left and right sides of the frame is the title "Angleterre & Ecosse". On the slide separator, there is more ornate decoration and the wording "D.R.G.M No107.601. At the bottom left of the slide is printed "B.K. Edit", central is Deposé" and right "Paris". Printed at the bottom of the right hand slide is, "4216 - London St Paul's Cathedral".
