Summary
A stereoscopic glass slide produced using wet collodion process, depicting the Royal Palace in Vienna. Two sheets of glass, one which has the image on one side and the other a cover glass. Between the two glass sheets is a green paper mask with circular apertures around each image. There is black paper binding around the edges to hold the whole slide together. The slide is damaged and the binding has deteriorated so that the two glass slides are separate. Markings: There is a white label along the left hand edge, upon which is handwritten in black ink: "Vienna R Palace".
