Summary
A gelatine silver stereoscopic glass slide for a Taxiphote viewer, depicting a street scene with a man at his market stall, surrounded by people. The street is surrounded by tall buildings with names on buildings - S.Buttoni Bros - Photographic studio - Astons. A glass slide comprising two stereographic pictures separated by a plain glass section of the slide. The slide is unframed and unmounted. Between the two images handwritten in red ink: "Cheap Jack, Caernarvon"

Part of the Fenton Collection. A gift from British Film Institute in 2017. From 1986-1999, part of BFI collection for the Museum of the Moving Image. BFI purchased collection in 1986 from James Fenton's Museum of Photography, Port Erin, Isle of Man 1976-1986.
