Summary
Black and white lantern slides from drawings, Mickey Mouse and The Firefighters. Four circular pictures (24mm diameter) on the slide, with a red paper border. 1st picture: The Firefighters asleep in their beds 2nd picture: Mickey the Firefighter asleep with a large spider over his head 3rd picture: Two views of the firefighters rushing to get dressed and put out a fire 4th picture: Two views of Mickey and the firefighters rushing off to the fire The black and white images are printed on a thin sheet of film, the black mask is made of paper with punched holes. Film and paper mask are mounted between two glasses and the edges are bound with a strip of red gummed paper. The British Ensign Ltd produced a magic lantern and slides, based on the early Mickey Mouse, Silly Symphonies
