Summary
An albumen print photograph of Sestri Levante, North East Italy. The print depicts a general view of the town in the mid-distance, with fields of crops in the foreground, taken from a slightly elevated view. To the right are 3 sailing ships in the bay. The print is mounted onto the lefthand album page on heavy white card. The photograph is in landscape format and has diagonally cut corners. Markings: Bottom of the page, handwritten in ink and underlined, are the words: 'Sestri Levante-Eastern Riviera'
