Summary
A monochrome albumen print photograph by George Washington Wilson, depicting a view of the Pass of Brander Loch Awe in Argyll and Bute The print is depicting a view taken from the shore line across the still waters of the Loch to where Ben Cruachan comes down to the opposite shoreline at a point where the Loch is narrowed. The slopes of the mountain are reflected in the water of the Loch. In the foreground there is a single tree. The print is mounted with broad paper borders. The corner shape is square. The photograph is photographically captioned from the negative: "PASS OF BRANDER LOCH AWE 1034 GWW." in the bottom right.
