Summary
A gelatine silver print stereograph depicting a sunken rectangular pool, around which are tall stone walls. The print is mounted on stiff, curved, grey card with rounded corners. The images have arched tops and square bottoms. Recto: Printed in black in on the right lower margin: '10958 - Upper Pool of Siloam, outside modern Jerusalem. at the foot of Ophel. Copyright Underwood & Underwood.' In the left hand margin, printed in italic black ink: 'Underwood and Underwood Publishers New York, London, Toronto - Canada, Ottawa - Kansas.' In the right hand margin: 'Works and Studios Arlington, N.J., Westwood, N.J' In the centre top is printed in black ink the number 15.
