Summary
A gelatine silver stereograph print depicting a staged scene of a man,having fallen into a tub after trying to reach a woman at an open window. He is holding a banjo and she is holding his bunch of flowers. Print is mounted on buff card with rounded corners and a curved profile. Recto: Bottom left is printed Copyright 1891 by Littleton View Co, bottom right is printed 1552 and is in English and German 'Love in a Tub.' ' Liebe in einem Topf'. Printed on left edge in italics is 'Littleton View Co, Publishers, Litteton, N.H.' On the right hand edge in italics is printed 'Sold only by Underwood & Underwood. Liverpool, New York, Chicago, Toronto, Ottowa, Kas, El Paso'
