Summary
An albumen print stereograph depicting Melrose Abbey, from the South. The image depicts possibly the main entrance to the Abbey. In the foreground there are gravestones and a figure reclining on the grass. The print is mounted on heavy yellow card. Recto: The rectangular card has two rectangular images with a 1mm gap Verso: The card is white and there is a pale blue rectangular note adhered to the card.
