Summary

A Monochrome albumen print in carte de visite format. The print is a full length portrait of an old, bearded gentleman in a shirt and long coat, holding a top hat at his side. There are markings both recto and verso: Recto, printed in black ink below the print, 'Disderi, Phot..' Verso, printed in black ink in the centre of the card, printers crest followed by 'DISDERI PHOTOGRAPHE de S M L'EMPEREUR 8,Boulevart des Italiens Paris' Verso, handwritten in pencil at the base of the card, '...(illegible)... July 1865'
