Summary
A cardboard box of matches by Cook's Matches. Of rectangular shape, now crushed and dented. With the cardboard lining tray split and wedged inside. Printed to the top with a picture of food within a scrolling oval frame, on a yellow ground.
Provenance
Bequeathed to the National Trust by Khadambi Asalache upon his death in 2006; acquired fully in November 2010.
