Summary
A transfer printed and over painted ceramic bowl, on a white ground. With Oriental influenced decoration to the interior. The rim with gilt edging around four blue flowerheads among scrolling foliage in brown and yellow. The dished centre with a gilt urn on a table issuing further scrolling foliage in brown, blue and yellow.
Provenance
Bequeathed to the National Trust by Khadambi Asalache upon his death in 2006; acquired fully in November 2010.

Underside: “A.BROs / REAL CHINA / IRONSTONE” within a ribbon surmounted with a crown. Underside: “5514” in red.
