Summary
A yellow printed cardboard packet of white chalk sticks. The packet of rectangular form with three folding flaps to the top, the front printed with a crocodile’s head in black, with an open window to allow the chalk to be seen, in a triangular shape within the crocodile’s mouth. Containing ten sticks of chalk, two considerably smaller than the rest, most likely broken down from one piece.
Provenance
Bequeathed to the National Trust by Khadambi Asalache upon his death in 2006; acquired fully in November 2010.
