Summary
A North African copper lantern shade. Formed as a sphere with a circular flared apron to the underside. Profusely pierced overall with geometric designs within hexagonal and cartouche panels. With a central pierced hole to the top of the shade, to allow a light fixture through.

Bequeathed to the National Trust by Khadambi Asalache upon his death in 2006; acquired fully in November 2010.
