Summary
An Anatolian kelim rug, probably konya. With twenty eight hexagonal geometric motifs, in black, yellow and grey, arranged in seven rows of four. On a red ground, within three borders in red, yellow, grey and black, with a short fringe to two opposing ends.
Provenance
Bequeathed to the National Trust by Khadambi Asalache upon his death in 2006; acquired fully in November 2010.
