Summary
An aluminium tin of mid blue enamel paint, by Humbrol. Of cylindrical form with an dished lid encircled by a channel. The sides of the tin printed with various diagrams and text on a white and blue background
Provenance
Bequeathed to the National Trust by Khadambi Asalache upon his death in 2006; acquired fully in November 2010.
Marks and inscriptions
Around the side.: “HUMBROL” above black script reading “ENAMEL PAINT”, with further script in various colours around the tin. To lid.: yellow adhesive paper label to the lid printed in black ink “£2.95”. Underside.: white adhesive paper barcode label to the underside printed in black script “No4 Mid Blue”.
