Summary
A broken earthenware square tile, by Fired Earth. With crazed cream glazing, centred with a blue flowerhead with blue floral sprays to the corner, with orange berries among. Lacking one corner.
Provenance
Bequeathed to the National Trust by Khadambi Asalache upon his death in 2006; acquired fully in November 2010.
Marks and inscriptions
Reverse: “FIRED EARTH” together with logo, telephone number and disclaimer. On same label.: “PUEBLA MADRID BTC…” and with date 15/11/94.
