Summary
A small Turkish rug fragment (possibly Qash-qai) largely unravelled and in an advanced state of degeneration. One row of three hexagonal motifs visible on a red ground, within a yellow, white and red flowerhead border. The remainder of the rug is unravelled and matted thread.
Provenance
Bequeathed to the National Trust by Khadambi Asalache upon his death in 2006; acquired fully in November 2010.
