Summary
A Capodimonte wheel made decorative ceramic wall plate. With a waved gilded edge around four relief moulded plaques, each with a gilt border, depicting nude carousing children, among moulded foliage in gilt, purple and yellow paint. The underside drilled with two holes and hung from a wire hook.
Provenance
Bequeathed to the National Trust by Khadambi Asalache upon his death in 2006; acquired fully in November 2010.

Underside: “3855 / ITALY / by. GIOLLO” Underside: A printed mark showing crest within a wreath capped with a crown, with printed blue ink script “R. CAPODIMONTE”.
