Summary
A carved oak decorative wall panel. With an Elizabethan figure playing a lute carved in deep relief, below to scrolls and above pendant foliage. The figure painted in gold and silver paint. Lowest section from a separate piece of wood, joined with glue.
Provenance
Bequeathed to the National Trust by Khadambi Asalache upon his death in 2006; acquired fully in November 2010.
