Summary
Circular wooden ceiling rose attched to ceiling with two protruding rusty screws. Groove cut in base with central hole for exit of wire. Two other holes, one not going all the way through. Top with beading edge, grooved and painted cream, very dirty. Fitting screwed to rose with four screws around edge. Central boss with waisted fitting and internal screw.
