Summary
One of two legal sized paper booklets containing 23 pages. Typewritten on the cover is "Coleton Estate, Brixham, South Devon. An Inventory and Valuation of Certain Furniture and Effects as Between a Willing Buyer and a Willing Seller for the information of One Party. The Property of the Executors of the late Mr. Rupert D'Oyly Carte. June 1949." On 22 pages are described furnishings for sale in each of the rooms. On the last page is a statement valuing the foregoing furniture and effects at £2,490. There is an appended page "Items Deleted from the Inventory of the Tenant's Fittings at the Coleton Estate, Brixham. Potting Shed."
