Summary

Pencil notes on two pages of lined paper with "Memoranda from 1947" printed on the top. The notes are dated 1948 - 1951. The notes refer to events in settling the estate of the late Mr. A. M. Walters. Refers to Rowland Smith of Higher Brownstone Farm, who took possession of "Rock House" on Thurs. April 14th, 1949. Notes are written by a servant. On the back of the first page are garden planting notes from 1951.
