Summary
Copy plan on conveyance from Sir Humphrey F de Trafford Bant to Arthur Greg Esq, dated 19th October 1893 showing an area of land surrounding the River Bollin, indicating areas owned by Arthur Greg Esq and Sir H.F. de Trafford Bant. A section of land to the left of the River Bollin is encircled with a red border and the words '110 contents arp 2.012' written inside. The plan also shows local roads and their destinations, field boundaries and local properties including Valley House, Oversley Ford and Rose Cottage. The drawing has been produced in both black and coloured ink on what appears to be an acetate/tracing paper type material. The plan is initialed by a 'J.L' '15/1/97'.
