Summary
One of a set of thirty two mounted photographs showing aspects of Venice and Florence, this one shows the statue of Mercury 1564, by Giambologna (1524 - 1608) on show in The Bargello, Florence which became one of Italy's first national museums in 1865. The text on the lower edge of the photograph states "3202 Firenze (Museo Nationale) Mercurio di G Bologna.".
