Summary

A length of pink fabric, 3169 Rigmel shrunk lustre poplin, finished by the BDA and packaged in cellophane wrapping with merchants' labels, the main one of which shows illustrations of Manchester Central Library, a telephone, ships, an aeroplane and a symbol of radio communication.
