Summary
An empty packet of Capstan cigarettes with 'Navy Cut Cigarettes' printed on three sides of a capstan with rope round it and 'W.O. and H.O. Wills' underneath on the front. On the top, bottom and one side 'Capstan Full Strength', on the other is a Government Health Warning. On the back is a motif of a capstan with 'Made of fine Virginia Tobacco' and W.D. and H.O. Wills, Made in Dublin, Ireland' and contains the silver foil.
