Summary

An earthenware bottle with circular base, straight sides tapering rapidly to the neck, which is designed to hold a cork. The sides and base are beige coloured, the tapering section and neck are brown. The bottle is glazed, apart from the base. The words 'R.S. HOLMAN' 'LONGSIGHT' are embossed in the side.
