Summary
Box safe on a wooden base. It is painted brown, except for the door which is painted dark olive green and black with a decorative line in red. A circular brass plaque bears a coat of arms and the makers' name and details as follows - Milner's (212) Patent Fire resisting' The handles are brass. The keyhole surround and cover is brass and is marked; 'Milners' safe. Powderproof. Solid lock. Liverpool and London'. 'L5154' is marked above the door on the front of the safe.
