[Saved] Iron lantern with open work panels, pear shaped base and applied foliage decoration (?)19th century Gothic superstructure added to early (?)Venetian base with applied decoration of shells, lions and beaten foliage.

Provenance

Marked in Lady Iveagh’s 1966 Inventory, p1; ccepted by the Treasury in lieu of Estate Duty on the death of the 6th Earl presumably in 1977
