Summary
Rectangular cardboard presentation box covered in red leatherette, decorated with gilt scroll band on top of hinged lid. Two brass effect catches in the form of studs and hooks. Top lined in white satin, base in black velvet indented to take six circular items. Small slit in the centre of each circular indentation. Box possibly held six ornate buttons or dress studs with protruding backs.
