Summary
A silver pepper or salt shaker in the form of a castle turret with incised stonework, arrow slits and door. With screw-top battlements. Hallmarked 'Victoria's head, lion rampant, GU, anchor, b'. And stock no 590.

Part of the Windham Collection. The hall and contents were bequeathed to the National Trust in 1969 by Robert Wyndham Ketton-Cremer (1906-1969)
