Summary
A glass cruet with silver rim and top, broken hinge, and finial. Six-sided at top with engraved 'XOXOXO' with cut-glass stopper (whichdoesn't belong to this cruet) jammed into neck of jar. Silver rim and hinged top. Hallmarked 'WW and TB, lion rampant, George's head, crown, letter'.
Provenance
Part of the Windham Collection. The hall and contents were bequeathed to the National Trust in 1969 by Robert Wyndham Ketton-Cremer (1906-1969)
