Summary
Hand-held fire-screen. One of a pair. Kidney-shaped Black lacquered papier-mache screen decorated with gilt and mother-of-pearl flowers, urn and garlands, scalloped edge. Turned ebonised and gilt handle, broken off.

Part of the Windham Collection. The hall and contents were bequeathed to the National Trust in 1969 by Robert Wyndham Ketton-Cremer (1906-1969)
