A bronze sculpture of Flying Mercury (after Giambologna), from the Italian School (?) A figure of Flying Mercury, with his foot balanced on a stake in the mouth of an upturned head, on a pedestal. Companion to FEL/M/13.
Provenance
Part of the Windham Collection. The hall and contents were bequeathed to the National Trust in 1969 by Robert Wyndham Ketton-Cremer (1906-1969)
