Summary

A mercurial banjo barometer and thermometer by Thompson of Yarmouth. It has a mahogany frame with veneered inlay. There is a broken pediment above with a brass finial.

Provenance

Part of the Windham Collection. The hall and contents were bequeathed to the National Trust in 1969 by Robert Wyndham Ketton-Cremer (1906-1969).
