Summary
Print, hand-coloured lithograph, . Norwich Castle, from the South East (after Miles Edmund Cotman) by William Day (1797- London 1845) and Louis Haghe (Tournai 1806 - Stockwell 1885). c.1830. Drawn by M.E. Cotman. On stone by Day and Haghe Lith. Published by Wm Freeman, Repository of Arts, London Street, Norwich. F76.17. The original drawing by Cotman does not include the figures on the print, therefore it is likely that Cotman himself drew the design on the stone, rather than a draughtsman from the printers Day & Haghe.
